I was trained to run toward danger.
No one trained me for what came after.

I was a cop. I supported military training.
I looked strong on the outside, and I was breaking on the inside.

There was a season of my life where everything unraveled.
The uniform. The identity. The trauma I didn’t have words for.
I did what so many first responders and service-driven people do, I pushed through. I minimized it. I told myself I was fine.

Until my body and my spirit said otherwise.

There came a point where I knew I couldn’t keep going the way I was.

In the span of three years, I lost five friends. Grief stacked on top of trauma, and I never had time to fully process any of it before the next loss came.

I took a leave of absence, hoping time and space would help me figure things out. I tried everything, a world-renowned brain clinic, therapy, counseling, all of it. I reached a point where I honestly believed there was nothing left that could help me.

Nothing was touching what I was carrying.

The weight didn’t lift. It got heavier.

I reached a place I never thought I’d be, where staying alive felt harder than leaving. I even called an acquaintance to tell him I think I am going to kill myself because I didn’t know what else to do.

I was out of answers.
Out of energy.
Out of hope.

The one thing I felt certain about was this: I was done being a burden.
A burden to my parents.
To my family.
To my friends.
To the world.

Hi, I’m Kameryn

I’m a former police officer with deep ties to the military and first responder community.

Today, I’m a certified practitioner working with emotion-based and body-centered healing modalities. I help people release trapped emotional stress that can keep them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted, even years after the original events.

I work with people who are strong, capable, and faithful… and still carrying more than they were meant to carry alone.

How I Help

I don’t diagnose.
I don’t ask you to revisit or explain painful experiences.
You are never required to disclose past experiences or trauma—ever.
And I never push the body faster than it’s ready to go.

My approach is gentle and client-led, focused on creating safety so the body can release what it’s been carrying, naturally and in its own time.

Sessions are available virtually and in-person (San Diego area).

What Happens in a Session?

A typical Emotion Code session is structured, efficient, and non-invasive, usually lasting 45–60 minutes (virtual or in-person). The process follows these key steps:

  1. Initial Discussion — A brief conversation establishes your goals and ensures a sense of safety and comfort. No detailed retelling of past events is required; the focus remains on the present effects rather than revisiting trauma narratives.

  2. Identification of Trapped Emotions — The practitioner uses muscle testing (a form of applied kinesiology) to communicate directly with the body's innate intelligence and subconscious mind. This involves gentle, binary questioning (yes/no responses) while assessing muscle strength or resistance. The testing reveals the specific trapped emotion, its origin (if relevant), and any associated details needed for accurate release.

  3. Release of the Trapped Emotion — Once identified, the practitioner employs a simple yet precise technique: swiping a magnet (typically a small, strong magnet) along the Governing Meridian (a primary energy pathway in traditional Chinese medicine that runs along the spine and head). This action, combined with clear intention, amplifies the release process, neutralizing and expelling the trapped emotional energy from the body.

  4. Confirmation and Closure — The practitioner confirms the release through additional muscle testing, notes any immediate shifts, and provides guidance on post-session integration (such as hydration or rest, as the body may continue processing).

Sessions are client-led and emphasize gentleness; the body releases what it is ready to release in its own timing. Multiple emotions may be addressed in one session, depending on what surfaces.

The method's elegance lies in its minimalism and directness. It relies solely on two primary tools:

  • Muscle testing — A natural, feedback-based way to bypass conscious interference and access subconscious truth without complex equipment or invasive procedures.

  • A magnet — Used to carry amplified intention along established energy pathways, creating an opposing energetic flow that dislodges trapped emotions efficiently.

No medications, verbal processing of memories, hypnosis, or elaborate rituals are involved. The process is straightforward, repeatable, and grounded in the body's own intelligence and energy principles. Many clients experience noticeable shifts in a single session, with cumulative benefits over time.
